Cafesjian Classical Music Series: CONTRASTS

December 09, 2023
Cafesjian Classical Music Series presents:

CONTRASTS

Virtuoso pianists Tigran Petrosyan and Ruben Kozin invite the audience to a unique, bright, unforgettable journey during which the works of the greatest composers of different epochs will meet. The title of the concert reflects the contrasts of this meeting.

The masterpieces of the great European Baroque composers Bach and Scarlatti will be counterposed to the works of the original composers of the 20th century – Bartok and Villa-Lobos.

Join us to immerse yourselves into the world of contrasts, to feel the permanency and greatness of classic culture, the bright colors of national motifs, and the charm of unique rhythms.

Program: Domenico Scarlatti, Béla Bartók, Johann Sebastian Bach (transcriptions), Heitor Villa-Lobos.

The concert starts at 20:00
Ticket price: 2.000 AMD
