ENCOUNTERS WITH ART: Arto Tchakmakchian

On July 9, at 18:30 the ENCOUNTERS WITH ART series of the Cafesjian Center for the Arts (CCA) presents a special event dedicated to renowned Armenian artist Arto Tchakmakchian. The event is associated with the newly opened exhibition of the Center Arto Tchakmakchian: Rebirth. 

The program includes: 

• Exhibition preview in Sasuntsi Davit Garden Gallery

• Arto Tchakmakchian: Life and Work
Speaker: Shushan Vardanyan, Art historian, PhD

• Concert Program
Zangakner Ensemble, Artistic Director and Conductor: Shahe Keshishian

• Presentation of the exhibition catalog Arto Tchakmakchian: Rebirth

The Encounters with Art program was launched at the Cafesjian Center for the Arts in October 2010, as a series of events dedicated to Armenian, as well as international artists and important cultural events.
