ENCOUNTERS WITH ART: The Armenian National Pavilion at La Biennale di Venezia 2024

For the 60th International Art Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia the Republic of Armenia presents an insightful multi-media project, Echo by Paris-based artist Nina Khemchyan.
The General Sponsor and co-organizer of the Armenian National Pavilion 2024 is the Cafesjian Center for the Arts (CCA). The curator of the National Pavilion is Armen Yesayants, Director of Exhibitions at CCA.

At the "Encounters with Art" event in the CCA Special Events Auditorium, Armen Yesayants, the curator of the National Pavilion of Armenia, presented the history and details of the "Echo" project's curation. Artist Nina Khemchyan was also present, sharing her impressions, discussing the layers of her work, and answering questions from the audience.

    The Cafesjian Center for the Arts (CCA) announces the closure of Ivana Šrámková: Geometric Forms and Images exhibition at Sasuntsi Davit Garden Gallery of the Center. The exhibition, opened in November 2010, for the first time in Armenia presented the works by Czech glass artist Ivana Šrámková from the Gerard L. Cafesjian Collection. The exhibition was also accompanied by a children’s program, Creativity and Imagination, administered in the exhibition gallery for children aged 6-12.
