Encounters with Art: PARAJANOV

On December 13, at 6:00 PM the Cafesjian Center for the Arts presents the last event of the ENCOUNTERS WITH ART series in 2014, which is dedicated to the 90th anniversary of world renowned Armenian director Sergei Parajanov. During the evening a lecture will be presented and Parajanov’s last extensive interview will be screened.

In program:

• Parajanov’s Artistic Experience as National Phenomenon: a lecture by writer, culturologist and philosopher Ruben Angaladian - 6:00 PM

• Parajanov: A Requiem, film-interview, director: Ron Holloway, 1994. The film will be presented by the director of the Sergei Parajanov Museum Zaven Sargsyan - 6:30 PM
