Pavilion of Armenia at the 56th International Art Exhibition La Biennale di Venezia

The Cafesjian Center for the Arts (CCA) presents a special event dedicated to the National Pavilion of the Republic of Armenia at the 56th International Art Exhibition La Biennale di Venezia – 2015, where the Armenian Pavilion curated by an internationally acclaimed curator Adelina Cüberyan v. Fürstenberg was awarded the Golden Lion for the Best National Participation.

The event includes the documentary about the Armenian Pavilion, Armenity, and its premiere screening in the Special Events Auditorium of the Center. 

As part of the event co-commissioner Vartan Karapetian will deliver a short message on behalf of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Armenia, the principal Commissioner of the Pavilion. Adelina Cüberyan v. Fürstenberg will present the concept of the National Pavilion and introduce the film. Aram Jibilian, one of the artists representing the Armenian Pavilion, will also take part in the presentation and share his experience.

The event will take place on July 12, at 14:00 in the Special Events Auditorium of the Center. Admission is free. For inquiries please call +374 10 541932/34.
