Presentation of G․ L. Cafesjian–100 Cоllector Coin

On April 25, 2025, the presentation of “Gerard L. Cafesjian–100” Gold Cоllector Coin issued by the Central Bank of Armenia dedicated to the 100th birth anniversary of Gerard L. Cafesjian, took place in Khanjyan Gallery of the Cafesjian Center for the Arts.

Welcoming remarks were made by Vahagn Marabyan, Executive Director of the Cafesjian Center for the Arts, and Davit Nahapetyan, Board Member of the Central Bank of Armenia, who presented and awarded the CCA the “Gerard L. Cafesjian-100” Collector Coin.

  On December 26, 2011, during a ceremony hosted by Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan, the Cafesjian Center for the Arts received a Certificate of Gratitude from the Yerevan Municipality. The CCA was recognized for "efficient operations and creative success." The CCA's Acting Executive Director Vahagn Marabyan received the honor on behalf of the Center.

  The Cafesjian Center for the Arts (CCA) announces the closure of Ivana Šrámková: Geometric Forms and Images exhibition at Sasuntsi Davit Garden Gallery of the Center. The exhibition, opened in November 2010, for the first time in Armenia presented the works by Czech glass artist Ivana Šrámková from the Gerard L. Cafesjian Collection. The exhibition was also accompanied by a children’s program, Creativity and Imagination, administered in the exhibition gallery for children aged 6-12.
