Yerevan of My Dreams Educational Program

October 18, 2012
On October 18, a new educational program titled Yerevan of My Dreams was launched at the Cafesjian Center for the Arts. The program was designed for children up to 15 years old and was based on Yerevan: View from the Future exhibition at the Cafesjian Center for the Arts.
In the first part of the program children were given a tour at the Sasuntsi Davit Garden Gallery, where they  learned about the Yerevan: View from the Future exhibition. The second part of the program  continued in CCA’s Creative Hall. Here, children were given questions regarding the city of Yerevan. Then, children were provided with art materials and were asked to portray the Yerevan of their dreams.
“This program provided a special opportunity for children to discover the old and new Yerevan and create an image of their own Yerevan”, - said Vahagn Marabyan, the Acting Executive Director of the Cafesjian Center for the Arts.
Participation in the program was free, with a prior reservation.
